Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have called GLAAD out for their association with American Apparel.

Moreover, they are not the only ‘pro-equality’ group that helps promote American Apparel - a company known for their blatantly sexist child-porny ads, multiple cases of sexual harassment from their own employees, racism, anti-gay stances, pro-anorexia shirts, refusing to sell plus-size attire, culturally appropriative wares, the list goes on and on. In fact, there are so many cases against American Apparel, you can google and find timelines people have composed listing their discrimination!

Nice choice, GLAAD.

However, the following so-called pro-equality companies are also in cohorts with American Apparel:
• Legalise Gay Campaign
• Human Rights Campaign
• Fck H8

Feel free to add to this, folks. And remember: do your research before you support a cause. You may not know what you are really supporting.
