Project Queer has over 25,000 followers today.

I started Project Queer in February 2010 to get a rise out of the trans*, gender non-conforming, and queer communities. I wanted this rise to be an interest in obtaining knowledge about various communities, our rights, related news/media, and queer culture. 

Since then, PQ has become my outlet to inspire, motivate, and help educate fellow activists - and even those who oppose our movement(s).

Due to the increase of followers that Project Queer has been getting as of late, I have decided to post a few reminders: Project Queer was created and is currently run solely by me - Riley Konor. I am a twenty-something year old white non-binary trans* guy who is queer in regards to my sexual orientation, gender identity, and sexuality. I do not have ask/submit boxes enabled, and I do not respond to fanmail. That being said, I DO sometimes respond to replies/comments on my posts - as well as inquiries sent to projectqueer@yahoo.com. 98% of Project Queer’s posts deal with queer, trans*, and gender non-conforming issues, culture, news, action alerts, intersectionality, art, entertainment, safe sex education/sex positivity, body positivity, and more. (This means some posts may be NSFW - not safe for work. The other 2% may be personal posts regarding my life and adventures. I add trigger warnings whenever appropriate. If I slip up, please do not hesitate to call me out on it so I can fix the issue and apologise. I also do not post gifs or other materials that may be harmful to some folks. While cisgender and straight allies are welcome here, please know that this blog is not FOR you.
